How did you add the lighting for the backgrounds, did you do it in flash?

Thanks, I drew the backgrounds in Clip Studio Paint.

Some of the lines are wobbly on the red guy, but if you're using flash you can select them and then click the modify tab, click shape, then click smooth. You can do this many times in a row until your satisfied to smoothen out the lines.

Awesome, I like how you animated the cops like blobs that melted, the intro was also nice.
